Tai Chi and Qui Gong
Allow your body to return to its natural state with the relaxing
and gentle exercise. Tai Chi and Qi-Gong is a subtle and sophisticated
type of exercise that uses structured and slow repetitions alongside
careful breathing in a calming exercise.
Classes are held on Wednesdays from 6-7pm and costs $12 per week
or $85 for 10 weeks ($75 concession).
